Trip to Natural Product EXPO EAST was undertaken in order to conduct user research while having access to a huge variety of users all gathered in one location. Wealth of information available during a short period of only 3 days was instrumental in altering brands approach to it’s positioning branding and marketing.
Conducted a large number of one-on-one user interviews.
Conducted a number of user test utilizing low fidelity prototype.
Research findings help New Hope solidify all it’s versatile products under unified branding, make New Hope a stronger and even more recognizable among it’s users.
